Luna is up for adoption through Rainbow Animal Rescue. She is a Saint Bernard and is believed to be about 2.5 years old. She walks very well on a leash and is very gentle. She is nervous, but friendly. She is up to date on her vaccinations. Her heartworm testing and spay are being scheduled. If you are interested in adopting Luna, go to rainbowanimalrescue.org and scroll down to the adoption application link. The rescue is appointment only since this is a foster based organization. Anyone wanting to adopt must have an approved application to meet the dogs. To reach out to someone, call 252-883-6413. Questions about dogs can be posted on the Rainbow Animal Rescue of NC Facebook page. There is an adoption donation which goes to veterinarian care, boarding and transportation. If you would like to help support the work of this nonprofit organization, send checks to Rainbow Animal Rescue Inc., P.O. Box 972, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870.
